Fashion Identifier is an AI-powered service that identifies fashion items from photographs. The service provides fashion information, authenticity insights, and estimated values based on AI analysis. Results are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the images you upload and must ensure you have the right to share them. You agree not to upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.

License Grant to Fashion Identifier

By using Fashion Identifier and its related apps, websites, and services (the “Services”), you grant to Fashion Identifier, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute any content you submit, create, or make available through the Services — including without limitation the photos and images you upload for identification; the notes, descriptions, locations, and other text you provide with them; the identifications, descriptions, estimates, and any other output produced by the Services at your direction; any collections, lists, or albums you assemble, including their names and the selection and arrangement of the items they contain; and your profile information, including your username, display name, profile picture, bio, and any links you add — regardless of whether an identification’s or collection’s visibility is public or private. This includes the right to display your uploaded photos and identifications on the community feed, on encyclopedia, species, tag, and search pages, on the websites and apps of Fashion Identifier and its affiliates, and in marketing for the Services. For clarity, changing an identification’s or a collection’s visibility from public to private does not revoke or limit the license granted under this section with respect to that identification, that collection, or any content associated with it. The license granted to Fashion Identifier remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

Fashion identification results, including estimated values and authenticity assessments, are generated by AI and are provided as estimates only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification or valuation. Always consult a professional appraiser for definitive fashion valuations.

Disclaimer Agreement

By using Fashion Identifier, you also agree to the terms outlined in our AI Identification Disclaimer. The Disclaimer includes important information about the limitations of our AI-powered identifications and of every other piece of information presented on Fashion Identifier — including the encyclopedia, reference pages, guides, articles, and community submissions — all of which may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and must not be relied on as expert, safety, medical, legal, or financial advice. The Disclaimer is an integral part of these Terms, and your use of Fashion Identifier is subject to your acceptance of both.

Encyclopedia and Reference Content

Fashion Identifier may include an encyclopedia, reference pages, guides, articles, and other informational content (“Reference Content”). Reference Content is compiled and generated with the help of automated tools and AI models and is provided for general informational purposes only. It may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and it has not been reviewed by qualified experts. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Reference Content or of any other information presented on Fashion Identifier, and you agree not to rely on it as a substitute for professional advice or for any decision that could affect your health, safety, property, legal rights, or finances.
